    • Grew the platform through successive generations: a modular server, a containerised e-services engine and the current .NET and Angular framework.
    • Led the framework's upgrades to the current .NET, including a framework-wide move to async code and to System.Text.Json.
    • Built the delivery and runtime stack: build pipelines, Docker, Helm for Kubernetes, Redis caching, Traefik, OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
    • Replaced a licensed document library with open-source tools (OpenXML, PDFsharp), including PAdES signing.

    • Handled data migration into the registers, including rewriting a data-migration project.
    • Contributed to the data warehouse: a person-data migrator, an exporter, bringing the business, land and vehicle registers in, and a major refactoring.
    • Merged societies and cooperatives into the business register.
    • Set up an automation surface that helps produce new register solutions.

    Builds and runs DotGov's Government Services Platform: the Data Exchange Platform, data registers, public-service APIs and the DotGov Framework (DGF), the Public Service Builder Framework that government e-services are made with.

    • Designed system and database architecture for applications and services, and integrated them with internal and external data sources and APIs.
    • Migrated legacy systems from .NET Framework and led the framework's upgrades through successive .NET releases to .NET 10, including a framework-wide move to async code and from Newtonsoft to System.Text.Json.
    • Designed an AI agent pipeline for the framework (plan → implement → verify → commit), backed by deterministic Python validators, architecture decision records and unit tests.
    • Built the CI/CD and runtime stack: Azure Pipelines, Docker images, a Helm chart for Kubernetes, Redis caching, Traefik, and OpenTelemetry/Prometheus observability.
    • Replaced a licensed commercial document library with open-source tools (OpenXML, PDFsharp), including PAdES digital signing, and cut database queries on a benchmark case.
    • Delivered SSO and national-ID (SAML) login, corporate accounts, and integrations with government payment and digital-signature services.
